Last Saturday, July 17, 2010, was the 33rd annual Kendall Mountain Run in Silverton, CO. As I found out, it’s definitely for the fit and hardy, but for those of you like me, it can be done with the right mind-set and perseverance. Enjoy this video of my first KMR half marathon. I can only go up from here, in more ways than one. LOL
